FOOD HYGIENE TRAINING

This package of Food Hygiene Training has been designed to provide Basic and Intermediate Food Service personnel with a modularised refresher training package backed up by question paper for both levels. Advanced trained Food Service personnel are provided with an update bulletin from the Food Standards Agency in order to keep current. The modules in this package are as follows:

Food Poisoning (for easier comprehension this has been split into 2 parts, Bacteriology and Food Poisoning)
Contamination and its Prevention
Personal Hygiene
Storage & Temperature
Cleaning & Disinfection
Hazard Analysis – The 4 Line Method
